Pretty decent for what it is. Have had to wait a couple hours start to finish from check in to departure. Bring your driver's license in with you when checking in. They do also have a NICE restroom for drivers to use so PLEASE let's keep it that way! Also they have a gate on main driveway probably could park 3 or 4 trucks overnight.

Slept overnight flatbed delivery. Woke up checked in and unloaded all within 35 mins. Great company clean facilities!

I saw the bad reviews but my experience was quite good. I checked in at 8am and I was back on the road by 9:30. They have a separate truck lot before the docks that they want you to park in before you check in. Make sure to bring your driver's license in with you to the office. Everyone in the office and the guy who loaded my truck were all pleasant to deal with. Plenty of room to get backed. Load was heavy but it was done properly and scaled out on the first try. Clean restrooms. I would pick up from here again.

Dishonest people we book load with their brokerage they give us the pick up address and told driver to head that way.I call them 30 minutes after since they not emailed the confirmation and they cancel the load and driver was almost there not wanted to pay Tonu.

Do not pick up here!!! Checked in at 11 and sat for 4 hours to get loaded. They then made us tarp in the rain because why let you do it in a bay? Why do you have to tarp at all? The load was booked through Southgate Transportation who claims they don’t pay detention. Avoid Southgate and SCM at all costs. We won’t go back.
