Worst shipping company i have ever worked with. They have our shipment in Miami we are located in Bonita springs about a 2 hour drive and have rescheduled our delivery 3 times now. Their excuse was "We didnt have enough room on the truck....." Yeah well i paid to have my goods delivered by you. We secheduled a time. I have extra workers here to unload that i am paying. And they call and cancel the delivery. So now i am paying extra workers to be here for now reason and we are losing money. Terrible company and terrible service.

Edit they called back after i left this review and just somehow found a driver that the vice president of the company had to call to come into work to deliver for us..... Lol updated 1 star to 2.

This company is extremely disappointing. Let us down MULTIPLE times. They partner with bigger carriers and they OFTEN drop the ball. Late, don't pick up, have weird excuses. Very upsetting when companies are depending on them.

Give up hope on receiving packages on time. Do yourself a favor go to odfl instead. Cheaper rates and much better service

Worst service ever. I have been waiting for my package to arrive since may 27th. Its june 3rd and they never came. I dont know how many delivery appointments I have made for them to finally deliver my package. The last attept at getting a delivery was today June 3rd. I have called many times, put on hold for long periods of time, they don´t know what is going on, they all said my package was out for delivery but it never came. I had to skip a whole day of work because they said the delivery would be from 9 to 5 pm. NEVER SHOWED UP. NEVER CALLED ME. They literally lost my package and nobody wants to assume responsability. WORST LOGISTIC COMPANY IN MIAMI OR FLORIDA. I HOPE I NEVER EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.

As far as dealing with the company, no issues at all. Enjoy coming to this terminal. Just one thing I really don't understand, why in the hell, do they not just leave the gate open during business hours instead of having people constantly blowing the damn horn, blocking traffic, and almost causing wrecks out here.

I come @2pm and it’s 3 pm !! 1 Full hour of waiting under the sun I will not use this company again!!

Dispatch is run very well. Impressed with response and reliability of their pickups. Not as common as you might think!

Dispatch called our corporate offices 4 times in a row. Did not leave a message. We called back only to be placed on hold for 15 mins. Dispatched finally picked up and the dispatcher was unable to locate the job on his log. Only to find out the driver delivered merchandise at the club without an issue. Very poor introduction to this over the road contractor. Dispatch should be on top of it.
