Candace is amazing she made sure I had everything I needed explained everything clearly her facility is one of the cleanest I have been to and I feel like my stuff is safe there I love that I can just drive up to my unit and not have to walk down any hallways

I acquired a new unit today and I was given a unit that was already taken. I called help center and I was told someone will reach out but waited for over an hour till decided to go home. I am already charged for this unit and I can’t use it. All I’m asking is to assign me a new unit. No help.

I been using this storage for years n I never has a problem with my unit they always keep it clean I know my things are well taking care of n the office specially the manager they are always really polite n helpfull Im totally happy with their great service
