Pricing here is just ridiculous!!! Had a unit for 4 years and when I decided to find a better more affordable storage the manager was so unprofessional and not kind im glad I'm out of there also place is not well maintained and we ended up finding rat dropping in our storage for the second time people your better off somewhere else

Terrible place overrun by rats!!!!! If your going to get a storage here put everything in plastic containers. I’m having to toss many many things and fear taking things with me bc of the rat droppings

The best customer service I've ever experienced. The staff is always friendly and eager to help out even after I had rented my unit. The lobby and units are very clean. The staff looks very professional. I love that they don't over price like other places in town. They have a lot of units which made it easy to choose my size. the manager was patient with me and showed my all different sizes, took the time to explain everything to me. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Very good people staff is very friendly and very helpful. I opened up an account for a storage unit and before I could get back to the unit to put my belongings they noticed that the unit they originally assigned me the door was jammed they immediately switched me over to another unit so I wouldn’t have any problems. Thank you so much 1st Street Storage Staff for making this a safe and efficient place to store my belongings.
