I rented an inside HVAC unit for over a year. I also had a 50 ft parking space there for part of that time. I was trying to get my unit empty by the end of October but didn't quite make it. I did get it empty on November the second which was a weekend. I came and picked up my trailer from the outside space and notified the lady in the office, Monday morning , Nov 4th that everything was out and empty, and swept clean. I had always been on autopay so the billed me for November on November 1st. I ask how much I was getting back as refund. Nothing, she said. They prorate you in, charge for the amount of month used if you move in middle of the month etc. But give no refund for moving out during the month. Therefore they charged me 359.00 for three days. Unacceptable. Be careful with this storage facility.

We stored household items for 2 years at the Murrells facility while working on a new build. The entire storage experience from start to finish was excellent! Very safe & secure and they keep the entire facility incredibly clean. Communication is excellent. Never saw an increase in the monthly rate the entire time!

This is the third storage unit I've had over the years and is by far the cleanest. Raeleigh, who is always around to offer her help with anything you need is by far the most accommodating. I had a bit of a screw up with a delivery to put in my unit and she was right there to help me out and hold on to my things until I could get there 4 days later. I will never use another another place if I ever have the need to store my things again. I highly recommend them!
