Staff needs to be more knowledgeable on storage unit insurance levels if they are going to try to sale it to you. Staff did not know answers to basic questions on levels and deductibles.

When I arrive to the facility, it was very hot inside what is supposed to be a climate controlled storage. I called prior to coming and asked if they had several flatbed dollies to which Regina replied, yes we do. There was one flatbed dolly and what looks to be an old hospital gurney. I was very upset. Needless to say because if someone else had been there when I was there one of us would have been without a way to haul our things to our unit.

The staff are great. The spaces are clean and in good condition. The issue I have is the astronomically high rental rates. I paid at least 50 more than what I was quoted. When I called around to comparable local facilities, I was astounded to learn that the same space was at least 150 LESS expensive. I mean, Seriously You are wasting money using Storage Sense over the other facilities. I moved and saved over 100.00 per month. I just wish I had done this months ago and saved over 1000.00. Yup, I know. Here's my sign.

It was a great storage unit that I used as a workshop but it got too expensive to keep but it was good cause it forced me into my own shop.
