Our experience was good. The facility is relatively new and well maintained. The staff was always very helpful and very nice. The new manager, Paul, had already made visible improvements to the grounds, just in the short time that he was there before we moved out. I am quite sure that under his management, it will be even better in the future than it was.

They came in new owners to my three year existing storage then price gouged extremely, ran the customers off and stole your prorated monies when notices to vacate was given and you left on schedule and two weeks early in my case. When I asked for my monies I was told their system was not set up to give back prorated monies owed. They are Scammers and Over-priced!

Called this place on 2 different occasions and they told me about a referral deal just for me to waste an hour out my day to find that now they are not going to honor the referral deal they discussed with me prior. I feel like that is bad business.
