Don’t rent here during the winter, they don’t plow worth anything. Half of the units plowed out and the other half plowed in with near 3’ of snow.

This is the first time I have rented storage units in a long time. I found the application process to be a bit tedious, but it is very thorough and they do an excellent job of explaining everything. I have found the units to be clean and functional. I also love the fact that they provide you with locks right on site. I am one month in to my rental experience and so far so good!!

We rented a space for a little over a year. The rental, payment setup, & use of the facility were easy & problem free. The service has been great. And, after a year our items were in great condition. Great storage place!

Best customer service, friendly on the phone and in person... Eager to help and understand your storage needs... The best thing, is they supply the lock that you keep after your rental period, so you never have to worry about someone having a key to your old locker.... The area is open 24 hours, the storage unit was spotless when we arrived and the whole lot was clean with nothing out of place... A pure joy... When I need a locker in the future, this will be my first choice again

The maintenance guy Dave is awesome, however their office guy/billing is very rigid and unhelpful. For that reason, I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you don’t get paid on a weekly basis, a word of caution, this place WILL NOT change your due date!

I wish I could give half-a-star. They stole 4 months of rent payments + 4 months of late fees from me once they got my card information. It would be a good storage unit... if you needed a unit for the rest of your life and never plan on canceling. Renter beware, they drive a hard bargain and will stop at nothing to take every penny they can from you.

State Mini Storage was awesome to work with, very reponsive, and didn't nickle and dime us for any "extras" like requiring "Renters Insurance" from our college age students when we already have ample homeowners coverage. When our lock key was misplaced they were ... again .. easy to work with and accessible. I would recommend State Mini Storage for anyone interested in a good value and clean, well run storage facility!
