I recently used Splendid Packaging Logistics to send a package to Nigeria, and I am extremely satisfied with the service. From the moment I dropped off the package to the time my package was delivered, the process was seamless and efficient.

The customer service team was responsive and helpful, answering all my questions promptly. The courier arrived on time and handled my package directly to my dad in Nigeria with great care.

What impressed me most was the speed of delivery and the extremely loss cost. My parcel reached its destination ahead of schedule and in perfect condition.

I earlier used USPS and it took almost 2 months with the same items which I thought got missing and now sent them again with Splendid Logistics with almost 3 times less the price of USPS. The package sent with USPS got delivered just few days before Splendid delivered my package with items missing.

Overall, Splendid Packaging Logistics exceeded my expectations and for sure will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable parcel shipping company.

Good morning Seun, I wanted to reach out just to say how wonderful the people you have working for you are. My family used a different transport company to send my goods from enugu to lagos than the GIG awesome service we are used to. But your team helped me make calls and tracked down my package for me. Went there and when the transport company said they didnt have the goods, they did leave they insisted they search for it as its been with them for 4 days. Hold and behold they found it. Also helped that I always make people take a picture of the package they drop off. But honestly you have wonderful honest people working for you. I sing praises of your company to everyone ever since i started using you this jan.

I doubted this shipping company at first because I had only got their information while googling for a reputable shipping company. I then decided to give them a trial after I had read terrible reviews about those other logistics companies in Arlington and Dallas. I am very pleased with their service. My shipment got to naija within a week and I got a very good deal from them as a first timer. I didn't get my invoice on time and that initially made me very skeptical about their authenticity, however after reaching out to them twice, it was sent to my mail. I also got a notification when the shipment was available for pick up.

I needed to send a large package to my wife in Nigeria. DHL and UPS both quoted me a price of $1,800. Splendid shipped it for a small fraction of that!!!! AMAZING!!!!
