They delivered my washer and dryer and did not install the washer the delivery man lied and said I had a faulty shut off value lies, lies and more lies. He cost me unnessary money I paid someone else to come out who said there was nothing to do but hook it up. What did happen he could not install the washer because he was to busy answering personal calls.

WARNING!!! DON'T LET THEM NEAR YOUR YARD! I don't want to give them any stars. I placed an order through Home Depot. Spirit Logistics delivered my order and made a mess of my yard and cracked the concrete. They are only willing to pay $200 of $5000 worth of damages.

Worst company ever. I missed a call from the driver (who can not find my house but is an hour away)due to being on a ladder, returned the call 8 minutes later and was informed they decided to cancel my delivery and the manager that made the decision was conveniently on a conference call. Horrible customer service and worse management.
