Staff has been great, location is great, problem is, One of the main reasons I chose the storage unit was the fact there was a loading dock to make moving with a truck easier. In the middle of my move, the loading dock keypad isn’t working and is causing me so much additional work…. This has been going on over two weeks! Talked to the manager at this location today and she says there’s no ETA to get this fixed. This is frustrating as all get out…

There should be compensation for this inconvenience……
