What a neat place. They have a small shipping container there onsite. The interior has been lightly finished: walls, window, door, flooring and electricity. I've stopped to see it 3 times, and have never been approached by a high pressure sales person. Anyone with a curiosity about tiny house living, or just more sustainable/recycled building solutions: stop and check this out. There are some tabletop signs inside to show you some different configurations and uses of storage containers. But, the coolest part is the rooftop deck with railing all the way around (accessible via ladder).
