I came with a friend for the DHL service. We went inside and the bout at the counter didn’t have any idea of what to do. So then he told us to wait outside. It’s over 100 degrees. We thought they wouldn’t let us in because we didn’t have masks. We went and got masks and they still wouldn’t allow us to come in. Then I was hot and went to the car. My friend stood outside waiting. The guy came and asked for information from my friend and then stated he couldn’t locate the address in the system. Currently as I am writing, my friend is standing in the heat. How do you have customers and have them wait outside? There were chairs in the waiting room. It is now 105F. Maybe I expect too much, but we are coming to your establishment. It would be nice to provide better customer service. She is still standing outside. I started writing this evaluation at 1515 and we had already been outside for 5-10 minutes prior. No water and no shade as El Centro is desert, but this isn’t anyway to treat customers. Why offer a postal service in a place that provides security and leave your customers in the heat. Another lady just pulled up and even with a mask they are not allowing her to come inside so she is waiting in the heat with my friend. I plan to submit after she gets her receipt. I might even add a star to the review, if they had offered water to her to or the other lady outside waiting in the heat. She is still outside waiting it is now 1532. It’s not like she can walk away he took the paperwork inside. They just gave her the receipt it is now 1535. Then they let the other lady go in. Smh

I watch all our cameras all the time and actually see security guards and patrols at night. My contract with Southwest security, cameras, alarms and relationship with the police departments make this building one of the safest in the State.

My entire staff are very pro-active with security.

They could use better trained guards I am a guard with them some guards don't know what to do others just are very well trained its a hit or miss if you get a good guard fight for them they are def worth it
