The staff for flight 2078 going to Denver today went above and beyond for my kids during the Christmas season. Our elf on the shelf came with us and they were willing to scheme with us and pretend he was the last passenger looking for his family. This is why we fly Southwest again and again. Mary at gate E12 judgemental and stereotyping only us asking if we all are A1-15 like we must be deceiving the airlines. Rude like why would we be lined up just standing on our feet We paid to upgrade our boarding thanks.

Flying from Boise to Portland took 12 hours! 8 hours longer than our flights were supposed to. We had an early day (the reason for our flight) instead of having hours to decompress, enjoy Portland, etc, we had 4 hours to sleep.
Additionally, I had to spend about $50 on airport food due to being trapped with two young kids.
Returning, south west deboarded us from our flight due to weather. They should have notified us before hand. Another flight to Boise was leaving shortly after ours was delayed, lots of empty seats, we were not able to board that flight. Instead were stuck for hours again. My older kiddo is neurodivergent, sleep deprived thanks to south west and a long, ruined trip, and will be missing her occupational therapy appointment. I may be charged a cancellation fee.
My younger daughter is missing school, which I pay for. More money and time down the drain. Thank you south west.
I’m so disgusted with our experience. To top it off the majority of staff were rude with each delay- yelling at anyone with questions, at my kids for trying to sit down while I change our tickets, etc. ridiculous!

Great customet service the Goggle maps will direct you to the wrong place but on the correct street . Its located in the big loy
