Very nice ride and great people to give you a ride and on time before the appointment

I called for a ride a day ahead of time to be picked up at 1:15 p.m. the next day. It was confirmed. The first driver called me on the day they were supposed to pick me up and after going back and forth, another driver was supposed to be enroute. My doctor's appt. was at 2 p.m. in another city. At 1:30 p.m., I called and they said they were on their way. At 1:52 p.m. they were not here, so I had to cancel my doctor's appointment.
