It was 8:30pm and I had a sidewall blow out 2 hours from my house. I had my 7 year old in the back seat and no way to get home. I call Roadside and after some round and round with Roadside they are able to take care of me. They contact Southern Industrial Towing LLC and assign the tow. It show on their tracking that they've been assign. I get the text that they are on their way. I call the tow company and inform them that I have a spare but no key to the locking lugs and if the driver has a set they can change the wheel instead of towing me 146 miles. The person in the office won't give me a straight answer if they have the keys or not. He also tells me that they have NOT in fact been assigned yet and that Roadside "shops around before assigning the tow". I said ok and figured I'd wait. The time for them to show comes and goes. Give them the extra 30 the window allows for and then 15 on top of that. Waited 3 hours (9:30pm to 12:30am) for Roadside to be informed that the tow company decided to not take the tow but did take the payment. The office person even stated to Roadside that they never left the office and hadn't intended too.

Avoid this company at all costs. To leave a person stranded without telling anyone they weren't coming is bad, leaving a parent and their kid makes the late night person the biggest piece of garbage there is and I hope he find that special place in Hell.

This Towing Company is amazing!!! On Friday night l hit a deer seventy-five miles from San Angelo. The first company want $635 in cash to come get enough and did not want to use my insurance!! Yes, $635 in cash!! The second place wanted $245 and did not want to use my insurance. When l called Mr. Dusty, he asked,Did you kill it when l told him l hit a deer!" He made me smile and l knew he was the one. He was there in an hour and a half to get me and brought me home safely. He also keep my car for free until l could get in touch with insurance company.
and he did not charge me anything and is getting paid by my insurance company. Southern Industrial Towing is an amazing company and if you are ever in need of a tow, you can not go wrong using them!! Thank you so much Mr. Dusty, you are truly an amazing man!!!
