We absolutely loved our winter unit in Xanadu this winter. We stayed for January , February and March and couldn’t be happier. Kim at southern coast is the most pleasant, accommodating and delightful person we have ever dealt with. She dealt with any issues we might have had immediately. Our kitchen in this unit was like being at home. Well stocked with seemingly new pots and pans and bakeware I was so comfortable in this kitchen. Beds were very comfortable as well.
Thank you to everyone for making our winter holiday a delight. We hope to see you next year Kim.💕

Folks, I've been renting condos in the NMB area for 25 years. Kim with Southern Coast might be the best agent I've ever dealt with. If you don't want any worries and just want to enjoy your vacation, call Kim! She's super friendly and MAKES SURE everything is right.
I had a 3 month rental from January to April.

Personally, I couldent be more grateful towards Southern Coast Management. Amanda and Patrick got me and my fiance into a beautiful home quick and hassle free. Having been in our new home for about 2 months and loving it, we would like to thank you all again for your help. Also working on several of their rental properties, i can say they are also a great company to entrust your property. Knowing they will be managed in high regard. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking their rental or management services.

The Worst! Do not rent from these people. We rented a house for 9 days. On day 3, we were told we needed to be out in 1 hour due to hurricane coming in 3 days later. I have talked to them twice and was told they would not refund us for the 6 days. I have since called back twice and left a VM for Babette with no response and was hung up on the last time. I know of 3 other people staying in the area that was refunded for their time lost. If other companies has this policy, this one should too unless they want no customers from August to November. We lost our vacation time, it should not be made worse by people ripping us off! As for the unit, it was not clean. Immediately we had to mop the floors because the babies knees were black from dirt. The pillows on the beds were very flat. We bought new pillows and left them there. You are welcome. Also, none of the headboards were attached and made loud noise every time you turn over. Best advice, find another rental agency to deal with!

Southern Coast Vacations has managed our unit for the past 11 years and we are so happy with our choice. The staff is awesome, so professional and kind and always were very prompt to handle whatever concern we were calling about. They know how to screen and get good tenants and took great care of of our unit. I would definitely use them again!

I recently posted a review some months back noting that my experience with an employee was less than satisfactory. Ultimately I cancelled my booking and looked else where. Then, management contacted me and was very apologetic in regards my situation and we were able to book the same condo, my questions were answered completely and overall they regained our business. I thought it was very professional and polite that they reached out to us to try to mend fences. Subsequently, we had to change the week that we were to arrive due to conflict with our childrens schedules and Southern Coast was more than helpful with the change. Then, yet again, we had another conflict and needed to switch weeks for a second time. Southern Coast was so very accommodating to us, and each time I have had to call in and speak to the original employee she has been very courteous with me, as has the management team. We are more than pleased with the customer service and we are looking forward to our stay at the end of July. The moral of the story is that everyone has bad days and everyone one deserves a chance to make amends. Southern Coast definitely took care of us. Would recommend them to anyone wanting a beach vacation at an affordable price.

Rented from this company last summer. The unit (Tanglewood 1812) was perfect, nothing bad to say about the unit or about our stay. My low rating has to do with the fact that during checkout, we left a set of expensive clippers in the unit. I reached out to the rental company - several emails, which all went unanswered. I called and spoke to someone who said they would ask the cleaning crew to check on it, but then they never called me back. We even offered to pay for them to ship the clippers to us. We are pretty certain they are still there. I sent out another email about them since we will be in Barefoot Resort again this August, but have been completely ghosted. Their customer service is lacking. I don't know that I would recommend this company as a result.
