Just excellent service, I picked up smile cargo from the internet, they came straight away to collect on Sunday. To be honest I was a bit worried because they came on Sunday to collect my items and not asked for any payment, if that wasn’t enough they let me pay half on Monday and then the rest the following Friday. I was told that my items will arrive in Pakistan on the 25th Feb that’s just over 2 weeks, I agreed. To my surprise it was delivered to my address in Pakistan in just 8 days. I would recommend all to use smile cargo services. Nothing less than excellent really impressed very professional and polite.

Brilliant service from collection to delivery
I was apprehensive at first but... I was in contact with someone all the time... Whenever I had a question it was answered ASAP..
12 days from collection to delivery.. Package wasn't meddled with either ...

I was hesitant at the start. However, I have to say, their representative really assured me. I had to sent couple of laptops and clothes to a charity in India, and they got it to the charity really quick and for a really really good price. I was searching for the best pricing, however many other services cost way too much and didn't really sound trustworthy but with the assistance of Smile Cargo, my shipment reached the charity quick and cheap. I will be using their service to send my shipment to another charity in Africa.

Just as with any company or brand, I always take a few minutes to read through their reviews (particularly those found in Trustpilot, Google and Facebook). And at the time of my purchase/booking, Smile Cargo had a blemish-free track record.

So, I knew I was in good hands. And I was right.

The delivery went according to plan from beginning to end; with the exception of a slight delay at the final destination (Sri Lanka), solely due to the current/temporary fuel crisis there. Other than that, there were issues, and everything was delivered in the same condition they were shipped.

Reason why I chose Smile Cargo (over many others) is due to them having fewer shipping restrictions, and due to them giving me the option to pay all the customs and import taxes upfront. The pricing and shipping times were reasonable too.
