Had to mark one star but should be a negative 5 star my best advice is RUN don't walk away. Bought a 2009 nissan rogue was told the whole front end was rebuilt what a lie. Instead of fixing what was wrong with the car they demanded it back even canceled the registration making the plates bad before I could even make it back to the shop with it. Didn't give me my plates I paid for back, didn't refund the whole deposit, didn't reimburse for the control arms that had to be put on so I could even make it to their garage. For the whole front end being "rebuilt by them" the control arms were bad, the radiator was busted, it need a new battery. We had to put tires on it in the 10 days it was in our possession we were at their lot 6 times on the 4th time is when their Mechanic showed us the radiator was busted but other then that NO work was done by them. It was a death trap.
If you do get a car from them have another shop go over it if there is any problems call the loan company immediately to put a hold on it until they fix it right. In ten days we sank we'll over 700 plus the 800 deposit to be told we'll here is $650 back good luck trying to get anymore.

Never get a car from here! Sold me a car for 2600 put on paper work i paid 500. Said nothing was wrong with it and it was just inspected, everything is wrong. Within a month smoke pouring out of my engine,lost all brakes, had to get all new brake lines brakes and rotors, power steering pump blew. The back underneath vehicle is so rusted out can't change the tires. Tried to get my money back or another vehicle asked to work with me. He refused offered me 200 bucks to make me hush to because I poured over 2000 dollars to try and fix this vehicle. He told me it would be safe for me and my 3 year old daughter. When loosing brakes on my way home and having it towed to a garage the garage told me he put me in a death trap I could have died driving it off the lot. Do not go here! If your a woman and don't know all about cars don't go alone he will take advantage of you.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have never done business with them *thank god* but I have heard multiple stories from people and know two people personally who have purchased vehicles from them and within months they stopped working. Better yet they “don’t have a fix” for the issues. One person being an elderly man who simply needs a vehicle that WORKS to get him back and forth from drs appointments and food shopping. These people are now in debt paying loans on vehicles that don’t work.... save yourselves people. And shame on this business for not making things right!!!! That’s what true good, hard working and honest men would do. I am so sad for these people.... if anyone is going through the same please speak up... help these people now in thousands of dollars of debt with no way out.

Worst possible place to buy a vehicle. So much rust can't even change a tire. When called about the damage to the vehicle and the smoke pouring from the engine, he would not give money back and offered $100 reimbursement for the damages totalling over $2000

Would give them a negative got a car from them and they said all this work was done to it when in reality it wasn't had to drop over $600 into it in less then a week then was told to return it then had to fight with them to get our down payment back which they didn't even get it all back and was never reimbursed for the work that was done on it after we were told to get it done worst place ever

I would never recommend this car dealership and here is why. First of all the one of the owners Keith found it appropriate to install a PERSONAL TRACKING DEVICE inside of my vehicle and used it for his own personal reason to stalk me. He continued this inappropriate behavior for months even though I asked him to have it removed/deactivated. Then after that issue was over and I decided to no longer be on civil terms with the owner for obvious reason he decided to REPOSSESS my car because the payment was two days late. Even though I had tried to make the payment over the phone the days before, his secretary was ignorant and could not help me at all. She had no idea what she was doing. IT GETS BETTER!!!! He came to my place of work completely wasted throwing a drink on me and trying to start a fight with my boss and I. Completely unprofessional trash working here. Many coustomers agree with me the dirt will be exposing itself soon
