ZERO STARS!
This is probably my third Google review ever, the only other ones I've ever given were extremely positive. When I have negative experiences I usually don't leave a review because I like to overlook mistakes and discrepancies and give people a break when they may be having a bad day.
This one is as negative as I can get!

Absolutely horrible people to deal with. They make statements that sound fishy to begin with and then make contradicting statements later, and then can't seem to come up with the paperwork to back up their statements. They owe me $3,600. and I have their signature on documents, and several RCW (revised Code of Washington) and WAC (Washington Administrative Code) pages that back me up, and other folks higher up. But they seem to be stiffing me as best they can and I guess think blocking numbers is somehow going to keep them from being held responsible.
Multiple former neighbors of theirs had only bad things to say about them. Lots of bad things!
Also leaving bad reviews on their NATS business and Daniel's Homes if I can.
(Don't know the technicality of which of them own/work where, but sure seems like Daniel Hoinowski has reviewed his own (or his wife's) (place of) business. Seems like conflict of interest to me!)

Don't do business with them!
