Mr. Steve and Ms.Linda are fantastic. Always helpful, curtious, and friendly . I appreciate everything they do. And for the guy who reviewed them about the cops being called because he and his friends were using the water system....it was not the employees who called. But people renting space on the property..

Mr. Steve and Mrs. Linda both have helped me get a storage unit, and rent a Penske truck. Service is exceptional! I highly recommend their storage units and truck rental service! I have rented from Home Depot and from Silver Eagle and I haven't been back to home depot since.

I have had many storage units in the past 20 years. And this is one does not have any security system in place... at all. My units have been broken in to by someone cutting the locks. I actually discovered this one night while on site. I was scared to death. I had no idea if the culprit was still there. They cut 13 locks. Stole over $5,000 worth of stuff from my unit. I hardly even got an apology from the owner, Buck Star or the people that manage the place. Much less NO reimbursement for the (brand new, just made the last payment, Rainbow vacuum cleaner. And the 60" flat screen I was storing for my sister.) There was No investigation that was done. And they do not offer insurance for anything...at all. Since that time, I was broken into again... I finally moved to Life Storage. They are a little bit higher on the price, but have cameras and a gate. You would have thought the least Silver Eagle Storage could have done was offer me some kind of discount for the 3 units I had. So, if you do not care if your stuff gets taken and your just sol...than this is your place. Good luck to you.
Update: After posting this negative review I have been harassed by Linda, an employee of the property, in front of my 12 year old daughter. Very unprofessional. She even mentioned the review and said it is why they raised only my rent.... to force me to move out. Still no offer of an apology.

The manager there is named Steve. I was supposed to pick up a truck Wednesday afternoon on a one-way rental. I could not get there that afternoon so Steve held the truck for me until the next morning. There are not many people in the service field anymore that really offers good service. This place over and Beyond. If he had not held the truck for me, the difference between this truck and someone else's was about $600. If I am in the Auburn area again and need to rent a truck, I won't even consider renting from anyone but this place.

Employees called the cops on me and my friends for using the water hose next to the storage shed we've been renting for years. Couldn't even bother to ask us to stop before calling 911. Will not be back.
