Lead Kayla needs to be demoted or fired. Bad for the company how she gets their workers fired without a verbal or written warning. Supervisor took her word instead of doing an investigation.

I wasn’t sure if Ships a lot would be a good fit for me but it turns out it’s going to be perfect . Max jumped on the task at hand , got my account set up and we were shipping out in a matter of a couple hours . My business is very small so everyone’s can’t be that quick . He also found ways for me to save money on shipping. Very happy to get started and now I can focus on selling more than running around city trying to get orders out .. 5 stars!

honestly can't say enough good things about Zach and the guys/girls at ships-a-lot. They have handled multiple brands for me. Always very accommodating and they even (gasp) pick up the phone! I can't imagine having to build my e-commerce businesses without this team.

It is very hard to find a good fulfillment company at a reasonable price that is reliable and has good customer service and actually passes on shipping discounts as well. These guys do it all!! Highly recommended.
