From start to finish, the team communicated well with me, came when they promised to come, and dropped the cars earlier than they said. Cars had no extra scratches or dings and the price was extremely fair! Very happy with their service. Highly recommend.

Absolutely stellar. I booked them through Sherpa, as I needed my car transported from Texas to California, and I could not have been booked with a better shipping company. Dispatch was communicative and so was my driver, Claudio, and everyone was so nice even when I had a lot of questions. My car came in an extremely timely manner and I could not be happier. I've had my car delivered across the states and have had better service than this time around making a delivery of less than 1,000 miles away...But because my circumstances needed to be addressed as soon as possible, there wasn't a choice to pick and choose.

Background: I had a vehicle that needed to get delivered from Nevada to California and left car keys and an envelope of $550 for the driver because I was on vacation in the area and could not stay there to hand him the money and keys.

The office people who answered my call were super nice, patient, and communicative. The biggest downfall was the driver. The driver, Anthony, started as easygoing and easy to reach out but he lacked updates. He informed us saying he would get down from Nevada to California the same day. Anthony informed me via call that he was an hour away from the destination of pick up (like I have requested; an hour away from destination, need to call me) and I informed him who was going to hand him the keys/payment, my vehicle was picked up around 1pm. And since he also told me the delivery will arrive same day, I also informed the auto shop people that the vehicle was expected sometime that same day. But since the pick-up occurred around 1pm and getting down from Nevada to California takes about 2-3 hours, I was worried that the destination (which is at an auto shop) would have closed (the closing time of the shop is 6pm). I was worried that Anthony wouldn't be able to get a hold of the auto shop people so I informed him to provide me updates when he gets closer to California. Did not hear from him for about 4 hours since that 1pm interaction and decided to text him at 5:59pm to then know that he wasn't going to be coming to California due to "...I had to transfer a few cars in Nevada we will be in the bay tomorrow (12pm).". That could've been shared way before 5:59pm....

On top of that, the following day, I received a text from Anthony at 6:23am saying he was leaving Sacramento at that moment and would be in the Bay Area for about 2 1/2 hours to drop off. Then another text at 7:32am saying he was 1 hour and 20 minutes away which was also followed by a phone call....additionally, he couldn't wait for my arrival to inspect the car before signing any documentation and all he kept asking me was to sign the document asap. By the time that I arrived, Anthony wasn't there at the auto shop but the car was retrieved, luckily by the owner of the shop. I needed him to provide me a receipt indicating that he received the payment of $550 from me so I could provide it to the insurance company to reimburse me but he kept insisting that he could not wait and that he needed the papers to be signed asap...I'm not sure if it's cause he received the payment beforehand and was already impatient to deal with the customer anymore since the car was also already delivered but the service is not the best.

Extremely accommodating! Cameron, the driver is hands down the best transport driver I’ve ever had any dealings with! He got the Z to Arizona from Georgia with no issues and even made it ahead of schedule! They’re the first call my dealership will make for vehicle transport in the future!

I can't say enough about how wonderful Shipping experts were to work with. After another company left us high and dry, Ruben with Shipping experts saved the day and kept our vehicle from being left on the side of the road so that we could move on time. From start to finish, they were communicative, helpful, and responsible. Their prices were reasonable, and our vehicle was shipped to the storage yard, stored safely, and transported across the country seamlessly. Their drivers were professional and hard working.
