Extremely disappointed with this location. I placed an online order of 1 dozen kolaches and 1 dozen beignets. When I got to work and opened the boxes I noticed they had given me 1/2 dozen powdered sugar donuts instead of beignets. And they had shorted me 1 of the egg kolaches which there is an additional fee for this. When I try to call the number for this location it says the number cannot be completed as dialed. Will NEVER come to this location again.

Additionally the employees have terrible customer service. When I went in on Wednesday morning to pick up my order I said good morning to the employee behind the counter and she did not reply. Then I told her I was picking up an order for Ruby and she stared at me blankly. I then repeated myself and she just pointed to the end of the counter where there was an order in a bag.

UPDATE: the contact us at Shipley's is a joke. It's been 2 weeks and I never heard back.

I think their coffee and donuts are pretty good. Sometimes the staff was polite, and sometimes not so much.

2 things that I think would improve Shipley Donuts in general:
1. They have one jug of "milk" for the coffee, and that's it. But there is no option whatsoever for people who are lactose-intolerant or can't drink dairy milk. I think they need to offer at least one option for creamer/milk that is non-dairy so that people who can't eat dairy won't have to drink the coffee black. Almond or coconut would be best but soy would also be acceptable. Or even non-dairy creamer.
2. I have seen 2 Shipley locations and neither one had a bathroom for customers despite the fact that there is a counter where you can sit and drink coffee and eat donuts. Obviously if you're drinking coffee and eating a bathroom would be very nice.
These 2 things would be an improvement.

I came through drive thru and ordered a half of dozen glazed donuts before coming to work. When I arrived, I noticed that some of the donuts had some black substance under the glaze. The lady working the counter said the was no manager available and refused to give me a full refund. Beware

Out of all locations I've been to this one has the best white cream filled donuts but the last handful of times that I've gone, they've said that they're run out of them without even saying how long the wait is for more. Unacceptable. I hope this encourages the team & management to do better please!

Horrible. I just went and had a rude woman give me bear claws with a tip of a nail. Nasty ! She is wrong for that.

I ordered door dash on 4/8/2023
and got the worst donuts they have. They all were old and stale. I also ordered two large milks and what I got was 2 small 8oz milks. I called to let the restaurant know and they pretended not to speak or understand english after I said what was wrong...even tho they answered the phone and asked how to help in perfect english! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Please serve the same fresh food that you would like to receive at a restaurant! What I received was GROSS AND UNACCEPTABLE!!

If you get your donuts early in the morning they're GREAT. BUT, just like any other donut shop, they stop making fresh donuts at around 2pm. I went to check it out to see if they had just regular ol' HOT GLAZED : NO!!!
ALSO: If you are in a hurry DO NOT GO THROUGH, the Drive-Thru. You will DEFINITELY be late for work, so you better bring 2 dozen. Lol
So here is what a cinnamon sugar donut will look like after 2p.m.....
NOT THIER FINEST HOUR 🤣
