Big thanks to Novia, Isha, and Cindy for helping me move furniture from Taiwan to the U.S. They were kind, responsible, and quick to respond. The wooden shipping crate was super sturdy and well-made—definitely a nice surprise. That said, since they used FedEx and a local mover for U.S. delivery, the domestic shipping cost was much higher than the sea freight. Overall, they did a great job, but as expected, you get what you pay for.

Worst service ever. They broke my tv, and wasted my time to discuss compensation but they actually don’t want to compensate, and ever don’t return the fee for shipping. So I pay the extra expensive fee and got nothing !

After almost a month long negotiations, they are only willing to refund 300 USD, and not willing to return the shipping fee(TV worth almost 70% of the entire package) . Combine the shipping fee and the TV price, it is around 3000+. Just want to give anyone who considers their service about what you may experience if they happen to break your stuff. Oh and during a month negotiation, they kinda threatened me by saying their legal team is watching my review here. I have files a small court claim, and will update how it goes.
