I used Ship Pro to ship a package by USPS. The postal service lost my package and was extremely frustrating to work with. As a last ditch effort, I went into Ship Pro to see if they could help. They were able to resolve my issue in a matter of minutes, find my package and even paid the extra shipping to have it delivered asap. I was so impressed by their customer service and willingness to help me!

I have literally never left a review before, but Ship Pro impressed me so much, that I knew I had to.

After looking at some Google Reviews, I knew Ship Pro would be an excellent service to use for shipping. I have been to other places in town, and was not particularly impressed with their knowledge or care for different shipping methods and or practices.

I had a very heavy computer that I had sold online that I was very nervous about shipping to the East Coast. I called Dane and his customer service was spectacular. He was very patient, informative and willing to adapt to fulfill my requests for such a unique item being shipped.

Overall, I would recommend them to anyone above any other service in town. I will be returning to them again soon I'm sure!

I love Ship Pro!! I just shipped another international package today!! They have the best service and best employees! I also love the fact that they don’t require masks, the benefit and the right of running a private small business, and yet they still adhere to the health mandate by requiring a mask ONLY if you can’t maintain 6 feet of social distancing. These are just a few reasons I love coming to ship pro and have done so for the last 10 years!!

This place is awesome! They compared all the rates for the shipping companies to find me the best price. They have a huge assortment of boxes/envelopes and packing supplies available. They were extremely friendly and accommodating and I was in and out in a couple minutes. This totally beat going and standing in line at the post office. I will return for all my shipping needs.

He has great reviews from his customers, now from his vendors point of view, well they have been treated poorly and hasn’t bothered to offer any assistance when they are there. They stand around and watch rather than jump in and help.
