I hate to have to do this as I think the gentleman who works here — Artur — is a nice person, who cares about what he does. I started sending my packages here during the holidays because package thieves are rampant in my neighborhood around that time. From Black Friday to Christmas, Ship New York was my go-to for package pick-ups. I was happy that I finally found a place near me that could offer these safe and secure services. Until one day when the worst that could happen at any shipping center — happened. A missing and LOST package!

In January 2025, I had a package sent there and it arrived as per tracking. I was prepared to pick it up the following day. When I tracked the package, it says it was delivered and the proof of delivery stated that Artur received the package. So I come the next day, Artur jokes that he doesn’t have my package and I chalk that up to friendly banter. After a few minutes of searching, it turns out the package isn’t there at all. How could this be? The proof of delivery stated it was received by him, and yet he failed to produce the package. At this point, I’ve become stressed and absolutely dumbfounded at how this could happen. The only consolation I got was that he personally called the UPS driver who had delivered it the previous day to get more details. That ultimately failed and I walked out empty handed. Now I have to deal with the headache of filing a missing package claim with UPS and call the sender to let them know my package was lost by the UPS Access Point. The items I had sent were now sold out and there goes all of my precious time.

It takes just one time to lose trust in a place like this. I don’t trust this place now and I recommend to anyone shipping here to be cautious. It takes just one mistake to change everything. I really trusted them, and they betrayed my trust. I will be shipping elsewhere. Even the CVS down the block does a better job of handling packages.

Wow!!! I was there Friday afternoon. The gentleman working the counter was exceptionally friendly and professional. Honestly, feeling optimistic if packages from FedEx and UPS will be here awaiting my pickup.

I have shipped and received UPS and FedEx packages at this location several times and have always been greeted with kindness and efficiency. The staff is very friendly and is always willing to help with any questions or problems I may have. Additionally, the store is clean and organized, which makes the experience even more pleasant.
