Rudest staff I have ever met. I have been here twice now and have been treated with nothing but condescension and refusal to help even a little bit. Extremely disappointed.

Thank you and I truly appreciate your reply. Maybe it was just those two employees. I actually never caught their names but the one that prompted me to write this review worked on 11/14 at around 3:30pm. I had a package that I wanted to return and he seemed so displeased to have to help me. I hadn't used DHL before and so I had printed out everything that could be helpful (maybe 6-7 pages). He took one look and said none of them worked and so rudely (actually let out a condescending laugh) reminded me of the importance of the return label. After I wrote this review, I went to a different DHL provider, who immediately recognized that all the required labels were in those 6-7 pages that your employee refused to see! So not only was he rude, he also didn't know what he was doing.
