I’m a little concerned of disappointed about this new business that took over USA storage. There used to be a couple that stayed on premises 24/7 and took care of the place. The outside doesn’t look cared for and the brick is dirty black with mold. There’s trash on the window sills. Now you have to go inside a small room and register on a kiosk and then it takes your picture. It just seems so impersonal. You don’t even get a chance to go inside and look at the size that you may need to see if it will accommodate your needs. I think I will go somewhere else that has a person around.
