We love this Sheetz, the workers are SO friendly and helpful. It can get pretty busy with impatient customers and they always handle the rushes so well. We appreciate all of the workers at this location, great crew!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Went in on my way to work and ordered a sandwich and hashbrowns. About 10 minute down the road I go to eat my sandwich only to find it’s not what I ordered. No huge deal mistakes happen. I then proceed to call and tell Dylan the employee that answered the phone and explained my order got screwed up he said he was sorry. I asked if there was anyway to put my name on a note or board so my sandwich could be remade. Because I do not eat sausage. Instead he hangs up. I call back again another employee answer and ask for a manager get placed on hold for 45 seconds and then hung back up. Tried to call 2 more times and got Verizon saying number was busy. Please check your cameras and take the appropriate actions please I called in at 9:19am on October 30th you’ll see how your employees disrespected and disregarded me.

Called Customer service after all this their service was amazing love Sheetz just have some awful attitudes employees sometimes

Penn state employees come through here everyday usually 4:20-4:50am usually pretty busy... when Jason worked there it was never a issue. someone was at the counter waiting on you, greeting you, I loved coming to this sheetz in the mornings very quick fast great experience... since Jason got fired ITS AWFUL... no one cares about who's standing at the counters they fight over who's getting on what register... no one comes to the drive thru after 5 minutes. they purposely drag there feet... last week after the white out game it took over 1 hour to get food and we where the first people in the drive thru line.. my order every morning I've order which has been 3 times in the last month has been messed up... 5+ plus workers in the mornings at this sheetz... not one can move quickly everyone looks like they're in pain and cannot walk and hates there life... please get someone in there that cares about there job in the mornings..

This is easily the nicest Sheetz I've been to. The bathrooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and there was plenty of seats next to the pick-up for MTO. Overall a great experience, worth going out of the way for my work commute.

Shout out to West College Sheetz for handing me the flimsiest drink holder ever with 2 large milkshakes and a small, watched me ride the struggle bus carrying it, also watched my daughter’s entire cookies and cream milkshake hit the floor when the drink holder bent… No one helped in the slightest, or offered to remake the drink… told me I had to pay for another one… 👏👏👏 great work, bravo

Ordered loaded fries platter, got plain fries. Ordered strawberry pina colada, got a cup of ice with strawberry syrup poured in it. At least they got my milkshake right.

How hard is it to complete a food order? But somehow, the inept Sheetz employees do just that. The odd thing is, it is always the customers fault for the order. The oder inside the store is unbearable. It smells like the refrigeration system. And it is not just this store...all the Sheetz stores I have been in has this oder. The smell is so strong, your clothes retain the oder after you leave the store. Not a healthy environment!

The employees are all really kind, but I have had multiple issues with ordering food. I can deal with burnt food just fine, but the last few times I ordered, I either got weird substitutions or the completely wrong item. Just about 10 minutes ago, I ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage, cheddar, egg white, and bacon on a biscuit. They first gave me French toast sticks, and then a sandwich when I told them it wasn't my order. The sandwich I got had whole egg, bacon, Swiss cheese, and boom boom sauce. I didn't open it in the drive-through because when she said "biscuit," I assumed it was right, but I don't know who in their right mind would order what I received. I tried it just to see if maybe it would be okay, but nope. Like I said, everyone is really nice there, but I'm not ordering food again. For the price of the items, it would be nice to get the correct item. Guess it'll save me some money.
