Garbage company. Day 42 and no payment. AP says it "might get paid next week." Imagine if we delivered your freight 20 days late.... Stay away!

Day 45 and still waiting for payment from Sheer on a load that had no issues. Sheer claims that they processed the payment on day 42 and the "check is in the mail". Laughably, Sheer claims they have a 14-day grace period has the US mail is slow. Save yourself the headache, avoid Sheer Logistics.

Sheer Transportation has zero compassion for the carrier side . Andrew Meagrow, the new Operations head couldn’t care less our company had been in business nearing a decade with ZERO reports and nothing but great service . So when our former scammer of an employee manipulated us and used our mc to try to earn money on the side by DB and got caught, our first thought was “ there is NO WAY all those years of honest trucking can be ignored and that we’d be able to learn from our hiring mistake and get the benefit of the doubt by Andrew who used to work
With us while at Coyote . Now he signs off on the reports for sheer and even knowing our history working with him while at Coyote that he’d see that we were victims and not a double broker all of a sudden after 8 plus years of being in business . He asked for references almost toying with us looking back at his request now . Only to reply after sending everything he asked for “ unfortunately I won’t be removing your db reports “ . No explanation no reason . Andrew could care less how long we did honest work . He rather see our company slowly cripple and close down then to lend a hand and remove our reports so we could salvage our MC . Yes we got fooled . We trusted our employee to be honest and didn’t see him for what he ended up being , a scumbag. Andrew didn’t care to help by deleting the reports and monitoring our mc for other similar actions . Something that a solid leader would do when trying to vet out the good from the bad . So thanks for the decision to not give our mc another chance Andrew.

Stay away!!! One of the worst brokers in the business. Booked a load with Tucker Hedrick via email and then this guy disappeared, no respond to emails or phone calls. Did not send tracking to driver and put $250 fine at the end of it. Tried to get a hold of somebody in their office but no respond. That was the plan to charge/keep $250 to them self. Greedy people, stay away from people like Tucker

Stay away from this company. They are unethical, rude and manipulators. Broker duke posted false load weight on dat. We booked and went to the shipper.
They loaded us with heavy load that was not agreed on the agreement sheet. And we tried to work with them but they threatened us with FREIGHTGAURD if we don't pick the load. We asked them to send new rc that compensate the pay of the fuel cost. This is a deceptive way to book heavy loads. They will force you and they are rude. IF ANYONE ELSE IS LOSING BUSINESS BECAUSE OF THIS, WE ARE PLANNING TO FILE LAWSUIT. JOIN US. THANKS

This has got to be the absolute worst broker I have ever dealt with. Lies from every person I dealt with on a load not ready. Driver showed up ahead of schedule and told load won’t be ready until next day. Called broker and three hours went by. No clear answer as to when load would be ready. Now outside of contracted pick up times and don’t want to pay TONU. Getting the complete run around. Do not do business with these people.

Broker doesn't like to pay on time!! They wait until the day the payment is due (net 30) then they supposedly send a check and tell carriers that it can take up to 3 weeks due to mail delays. Though this is the only mail I have had delayed. My online orders show up on time. J.B. Hunt sent a remittance email 3 days later I recieved the payment I was expecting from them. Most broker pay on or before the 30th day. I've already had to wait 30 days after I've paid for the fuel and my driver. It's bad enough waiting for 30 days, but waiting for 2 mo ths is absolutely ridiculous!!
