Only getting a star because I want to make a review. Absolutely WORSE place! So unprofessional & rude! No care for anyone at all besides making money. Drove all the way from Louisiana to get my vehicle because it had a blow out on the interstate at midnight and got towed from a truck stop right by the towing place because we left it in the parking lot. They won’t let us get the vehicle until Monday, even though it clearly states 24/7. Doesn’t say anything about office hours! Won’t give us any information about the vehicle or even a price for it but could let us know that if it’s not picked up Monday they will charge a $30 fee everyday it’s there.

Awesome crew of recovery guys.
My younger brother was in an accident involving a drunk driver in the oncoming lane, he did everything he could to avoid the hit but his f-250 diesel truck was thrown in a ditch with a steel deck car hauler behind it.It was a heavy load! I was on scene shortly after and We made the call to S&H Towing and within minutes they were there on scene recovering the truck and trailer. the front axle of the truck was heavily damaged from the hit and couldn't be easily recovered. They had two trucks on site and very shortly had the truck and trailer removed and towed to his home. Thank you so much for a quick and professional job!

S&H TOWING was the WORST tow of my life!!! First off my car went into a ditch. Luckily no damage. Until they dispatched the wrong wrecker, then they sent another wrecker & charged me for both trucks! The damage came to my car when the 2nd truck pulled the bumper off my car...which was all on me because I am the owner. When i went to retrieve my car the price was TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS!!! THE STAFF WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL, & HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. It took them about 15mins to find my keys, which were in a locked office which no one could manage to find a key to open the door. MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIFIC. I WILL NEVER USE S&H TOWING AGAIN...but my experience was not by choice...it was chosen for me. I feel no one should take advantage of a person who is already dealing with things on one of the WORST days if their life

After an accident and a terrible experience with AAA, we called S&H. Very polite on the phone. They arrived within 20 minutes. Justin could not have been nicer. We rode with him and delivered our car to our service station. He even took us home. Will never forget how helpful S&H were to us today after a stressful wreck and aftermath. THANK YOU S&H!

Called S&H to have my disable vehicle from the interstate. Costed me 100. Asked how much to Pensacola was told it was 450 but absolutely refused to use my 100 toward the cost. Stated it was addional tow. Very poor customer service in my opinion. End result i called another tow truck company and got towed to pensacola for 200. Wouldnt recommend this company at all. They got 2 stars for coming and getting me safely to the next exit

I had my motor home towed by this place. They disconnected my drive shaft but would not reconnect. I was not informed of this prior to the tow ( there are tow companies that reconnect it ) and when I called and inquired about why they didn't reconnect it I was told that they are not a repair shop as if bolting a drive shaft back on Is some complicated repair process. I was also told the bolts that were in it were not the right ones. It's just a pole that spins as long as the bolts hold it securely and fit adequately it doesn't really matter. The reason it doesn't have the original type of bolts is probably because it's a 79 and they are hard to find. I couldn't find starter bolts for it so I just bought some general bolts that fit it adequately. I don't know why they even bothered telling me the bolts weren't "right" because they said they still wouldn't have reconnected it. I am stuck at a hotel out of state with no transportation with my dog, now on top of the hotel fees and repair fees for getting it to start up I will also be having to pay the shop to reconnect the drive shaft. If I could give them 0 stars I would but Google only let's me go down to 1. If you are in the area and need a tow DONT USE THIS PLACE USE MCADAMS AS THEY WILL RECONNECT THE DRIVESHAFT. I haven't actually been to the shop where I had it towed and looked at my motorhome after they towed it yet. God only knows what condition it may be in being towed by these unprofessional "service providers"

Update response 2 S&H replying 2 my comment: That's not what i wa.s told on the phone when i called u ppl, i was told that you don't reconnect drives shafts period whether or not the parts are correct, worned distorted.

This place will overcharge and tack on fees. And are they an impound lot? According to the sheriff they are but from the looks of the yard i see nothing but scrap and junk. And wonder if the are licensed to do non-consensual towing. Thats how they got my car, without my permission, or by order of the sheriff, for no kind of violation involved. And if they an impound lot, wouldn't they be open on weekends for you to have a chance to get your car. Guess they to busy playing cards with the sheriff......And why would sheriff call cash wrecker for an impound.

My experience with them as a RETURN customer has been horrible!! I broke down almost in the same area as before. I was told $450 for a tow then they come and hook up and wanted to take me 4 miles for $450 I told them where i needed to go which was 29 miles away they charge me $1000 !!! Never again use them
