I was to receive item an̈d never got the item. The driver gave me a 15 minute call back or said he would not complete the delivery

Soʻ I recommend not using this company after 7 days no contact from shipper then̈ I notified the seller that delivery was not completed. Be carefull with this 3rd freight delivery company

Zero is the better rating. They run days behind and don't take calls. They try to drop off after hours when you don't know they are coming. I told them not to drop off the unit since no one will be here. We are in a warehouse and if they left the equipment outside it could get damaged or stolen. They said it's not their problem and don't care. If you want your shipment on time and good service Dont use these folks

Horrible service horrible I’m surprised this people are still in business. I ordered a piece of merchandise that was supposed to be delivered on the 12th and it got delivered on the 23rd. No notifications no calls to say It was gonna be delayed. They just showed up with it at by door step one day at this point I didn’t even need it anymore. I didn’t even need it anymore horrible service.

My package has been sitting in their delivery warehouse for 5 days. No one returns phone messages. My three to five day delivery is three weeks since it was shipped with no end insight.

We were stood up on the delivery of a large playset ordered from Walmart. An appointment was set up from 11-3 on Friday. I never received the "30 minutes out" phone call and figured I'd give them until the end of the day to arrive (assuming they were just running late). They never called and never showed up. I called Saturday to check the status and see if they were going to to deliver that day but was told I'd have to wait and call back on Monday to schedule a new appointment because "they don't do that for large items," referring to delivering without a specific appointment time regardless that they are the ones who completely missed said appointment. I had to ensure that I was home for this delivery so this sort of service is unacceptable.

I had ordered furniture from World Market, which was shipped using SEKO logistics. Was supposed to be delivered by October 8; it is October 13 today, and last update on the system is - "10/8/2021 09:16 AM Status changed to [At Delivery Terminal]"

Called them multiple times, not at all helpful. We are working on it, or call the local office, which has their phone going to voice mail and you never hear back.

Called world market - who think the customer is stupid, and give you a round about answer. Getting tired of this circular communication.

Giving 5 star for service, but 1 for parking place and dock, it's very tight to park here on dock with 53...
