2 experiences, 11 days apart. The first delivery was to arrive at 11am. Got a call at 8am saying he was there now and needed to offload now because he needed to get to another delivery. After a 2 hour ride into the city, the materials are all offloaded onto the driveway with the driver sitting there waiting. Fast forward, new delivery set for a Wednesday. Receive notification on Tuesday, a day early, at 2pm that the 2500 lb delivery was going to be there in an hour.... It's 3:30 and apparently he's still an hour+ out. This company is terrible at communicating delivery times and dates.

Like many others I would not recommend you use SEKO if you have a choice. I ordered a TV from an online retailer on 11/22. It was to be shipped from Nashville TN, to my home in the greater D.C. metro area. Approximately a 10 hour trip by road. After two weeks SEKO could not account for where the item was. I called and spoke to the Baltimore dock staff and they could not confirm the location of the TV. I was also informed they did not do "local deliveries" and the TV (when found) would need to be transferred to a different delivery company for transit from Baltimore to my home. I then cancelled the order on 12/6 and bought the item from a local retailer. The TV still has not been returned to the original shipper in Nashville TN and now has a "lost by SEKO" status as of 1/12. Unfortunately the original retailer would not issue a refund until the TV was returned. As is has not been returned I had to file a claim with my Credit Card company.

Bottom line,

#1. Buy everything online with a credit card
#2. Don't use SEKO logistics if you have a choice

Ordered a TV online because it was a great Black Friday Deal. Four days after the expected delivery date I decided to see what the hold-up was. They lost the package. How do you just lose a 65" TV? It's not an envelope that got lost under the seat. Sounds to me more like the driver decided to have himself a Merry little Christmas. So now I get no TV because there's no way I'm going to re-order and have the same company deliver it since they couldn't get it right the first time. STAY CLEAR!!

They are the worst. First, it took one month for my freezer to get here. I had to call them to schedule delivery, they never called me. One the day of delivery, it was supposed to be between 9am and 1pm. They showed up 7:40am, knocked on my door and left without calling me. Then I had to reschedule for another day. They still came earlier than the scheduled time without calling me. They said my phone number is not correct after they have actually called me two days prior.
The delivery guys are also very rude

Terrible service. Nothing but excuses and ineptitude from the staff. I called to find the status of my delivery and got the run around. I asked to speak with a manager and “they went home for the day” I am upset because they wasted my time and had me waiting for a delivery that never came. I was lied to and told that they knocked on my door and no one was home. My doorbell camera determined that was a lie and also my wife was home all day. I am still waiting on my delivery. If you value your customers and their business then avoid using this company at all costs.

Bought my TV on cyber Monday. Today is the 21 st of December and my TV was supposed to be here between 11 and 3. Called at 3 pm and was told their running a little behind and they couldn’t give me an ETA because the driver had four more stops ahead of mine. A little behind on getting delivery’s out (3+weeks) and a little behind on day of delivery (at least an 6 to 8 hr delivery window. Wow! I can see why this company has the ratings they do.

Failed to make a delivery to Stephens City, VA after I 1. Confirmed it with them the week prior and took off of work., 2. Confirmed it the morning of - online tracking system. 3., called them the same day of delivery and confirmed my furniture was on the truck. They told me I was the 10th delivery of the day and then...just never showed up. Terrible logistics. Terrible communication from the company. Complete lack of ability to execute a well-coordinated and triple confirmed plan. Do not use. Worthless.

I’m not one to write reviews but this company is beyond infuriating! I ordered a bed frame from AFEES around February 8th it was processed and delivered to SEKO who then told me it would be delivered on February 15th Between 12-4. Then on February 15th around 11am I receive a call from a SEKO rep stating my delivery cannot be made because they are missing the footboard to my bed and they are not sure where it is or if they ever even received it. They told me they’d intiate a search in their warehouse to figure out what happened and get back to me later that day or Monday. My husband called later on the 15th and no one had started any paperwork to even look for said footboard. At some point between Friday and Sunday they inform us they have no idea where our footboard is and WE have to call the company we ordered from to order a new one. Now why does a customer who NEVER RECEIVED THEIR ITEM HAVE TO CALL ANYONE! Is that not your job? Why am I playing middle man between two companies when I never even got the item? We reluctantly called because we really wanted the bed. Well today is February 26th and we still have no bed and SEKO has no idea if they’ve received my footboard and the earliest delivery is “possibly” Friday...maybe. I am beyond dissatisfied with this service and their overall lack of communication. A customer should not have to call to remind you to look for something YOU Lost not should they have to call the company your received the shipment from to file a claim. Judging by these reviews they should not be in business anymore and I will surely steer clear in the future.
