Lance and his crew are great. They worked on my TK APU on my truck and very quickly diagnosed it and got on it right away unlike those micky mouse techs at Thermoking dealerships who know nothin. I made an appnt a week in advance coz they get busy in summers. Reasonable and knowledgeable Reefer and APU masters. Thankyou guys

Would like to say big thanks to your great team! They are professional, polite and incredible fast!
Issue: Connect ELD (Electronic Log Device) to the 26ft truck Freightliner
After I called many numbers, I received phone number from person, He mentioned, Company S&S Transportation may help me with my issue.
I'm Supervisor of our Co and I came over to Fresno to provide training for new drivers. So I'm new here. For 12 hrs I had to find mechanic, who can install ELD to our vehicle without any info and put Freightliner on the road with trained driver. After I called number provided to me, I got on the phone with Vince, according our conversation he was very professional and understood my problem. I'm really want to be thankful for him and his team workers. We had deal to arrive at 1 pm, after he will be free of his lunch. But another problem I discovered, I picked vehicle, but fuel tank was empty, I wouldn't reach to the appointment we made. So I called S&S and asked Service team to wait for me another 30 min, if they would? I arrived at 1:30 pm and Service team was very kind to offer me drill gun portable to remove dash accessories to get in the cables main dock. in few minutes Vince came with his team member in couple minutes mechanics were three. I`m so happy, that I ask S&S for help. My problem was solved less than 45 min and price was decent. Thank you so much guys!!! I definitely recommend S&S service if you have issue with refrigerated equipment or even connect ELD to the truck (without OBD cable. not plug and play) Very professional and very fast team!

Very bad parking for trailer repair. I dropped off a trailer to get the reefer oil leak repaired. It was fixed but they didn't put it back together right. Wires where loose and they didn't test it. I ran it for 30 minutes to test it but I had to cancel a really good paying load to new York because it would not go below 50 degrees. The place did fix it at no charge but it took over 3 weeks and the downtime was very painful during the busy season. If they read this they will remember and make sure it doesn't happen again for other customers
