Delivery team Tried to install two broken washer and dryers from LG. Upon delivery day the installation team arrived and proceeded to remove the old units. After removal they carried up the new units and informed me they were broken and got upset I refused the order and told me we already carried it up. I was dumbfounded in process I was kind and provided them refreshments and snacks while they got everything out. Now the installation team became irate. They told me call LG not their problem. After back and forth talking to them I asked them to return my old units back in the process they broke the washer. Then proceeded to push the dryer out the back of the truck letting fall and drove off. Saying we don’t have time to bring this back we have other deliveries.
Also would note they had none of the installation parts or tools. They literally tried to install broken units and leave them.

Last update: Negative one star. The service is incapable of delivering my product. I’m canceling the delivery due to no help from the company. The reply from the company in this thread is false. Complaint to the BBB to follow.

Update: ZERO stars. The horrible saga continues. After receiving a call from the warehouse and scheduling my delivery for a third time (6 days late), RXO once again did NOT deliver my TV. In fact, they waited until 8:30pm to call and tell me that not only is the TV not arriving today, they will not be able to provide a delivery date at all. AVOID this company at all costs. They are essentially holding my merchandise hostage and are unwilling to provide a delivery date. I will be issuing a formal complaint with the better business bureau.

RXO failed to deliver two separate orders (Samsung and IKEA) on multiple occasions. The service routinely over booked our orders, didn’t deliver the orders, and more importantly, never provided feedback or an alert about not delivering the items. I ultimately drove to IKEA and Best Buy to pick up similar orders myself. The call center takes 30-45 minutes to reach and is unable to resolve any issues, as it is ultimately up to the local warehouse to schedule orders (poorly). I would not recommend this service to anyone under any circumstances. In fact, I’m spending extra money to avoid using RXO. I never write bad reviews - this is the exception, which should tell you something. Read the other reviews - very similar experiences.

AVOID AT ALL COST.

I ordered the washer, dryer, installation service and haul-away old equipment services from lg.

RXO just left my packages, without delivering the installation kit. There’s shockingly no installation and haul-away services at all, and RXO marks the delivery as completed.

They then scheduled the following up installation services, but they rescheduled it at the last minute for four times already 🙂

The washer and dryer is still sitting at my garage. I don’t know what’s needed for them to make the installation happen. Hopefully I can use them this year 🙂

We had a great experience with XPO. Yesterday our new refrigerator was delivered installed and running within 2hours. We were anticipating a later appointment but the driver called us early in the morning and about 35mins later he was there.
They made the install simple, we’re extremely careful with the panels and answered any questions I had.

We are extremely satisfied with our service! Thank you!

Purchased a refrigerator through Samsung and RXO delivered the item on 12/05/23. When RXO delivered the refrigerator, the RXO delivery crew put holes and dents into the walls of our stairwell and the refrigerator also had dents all over it (see pics). RXO has not been responsive to emails and texts asking them to fix the damaged they caused. Scheduled a time for RXO to do the repairs and they were a no-show. I tried to schedule another appointment and I asked RXO for a weekday appointment. That ask was 3 weeks ago and they have yet to respond. Almost 2 months since the delivery and we still do not have the damage to our home repaired. Stay away and use another vendor if you have the option!

This was such an easy experience! The team showed up when they said they would (and I received text alerts along the way), they were ready to go, and they removed my old furniture and assembled my new furniture in record time. The price was very reasonable, the crew was professional and friendly. We would definitely use them again!

This is the delivery group for Lowes and they have been horrible to work with. They delivered flooring to my driveway and then didn't send in a second crew to bring it inside. They were impossible to get ahold of and took over a week to indicate whether a crew would bring the products into the home. The products ended up being picked up with no call to coordinate beforehand. Someone showed up at 7:15am and rang my bell telling me they were picking up the flooring and returning it to Lowes.
They then had to drop off new product. They called the day before saying they were coming in the morning. One crew dropped off the flooring in the driveway. A second crew brought half of the flooring in the home. A third crew brought the remaining flooring into the home but left the underlayment and trim pieces outside and argued with me about bringing it into the home saying their orders said flooring product only. After looking at their orders it said all product not just flooring but he still argued with me. He refused to bring the underlayment inside but I convinced him to at least put it in the garage. They also left all of their trash including large pallets in the driveway and refused to take it with him when asked to. Also the underlayment was wet and some of it had mold growing on it.
They then needed to drop off more materials the next day but didn't coordinate a time with us or let us know anyone was coming until 8am that morning with a delivery window from 9am to 1pm. Someone called to let us know the delivery group was running behind but didn't give me a window or give any information as to whether the materials were to be brought into the house.
It has been horrible trying to get anything coordinate with them or with Lowes and no one answers the phone at either location.
Best advice, do not order flooring from Lowes unless they figure out a different delivery system.
