Since I no longer work for the company that delivered here I can now make a comment about Royal Hawaiian Express.

Do not get close to hitting the lightpoles in their lot. My truck was involved in an incident around Riverside like a month before we delivered here. I was pretty new into trucking at this time and my co driver had to assist in getting it backed in. This was around 2013-2014. We did get close to hitting the lightpole but never made contact with it. They blamed us and you thought that he caused that thing to dismount from the concrete post and it fell or something with how much they harassed us over. I was on the dock at this time when they addressed me over this issue. I told them no we didnt hit it and I can prove it that scuff mark came from a hit and run a month ago that lady was aggressively fighting back on the fact no it happened just now. So I went and got my phone from inside the semi came back and brought the picture up, asked her if this was it? She said yes thats it; I said look at the date! That shut her up some she got on the radio telling the ceo I have a picture of the same scuff mark that happened a month ago. They started back peddling their story and dropped that aggressive tone. What it was another truck hit that post that matched the same blue color of our trucks. They didnt catch that truck and wanted us to probably buy the company a pizza party or the office staff steaks dinner for hush money to shut upโ€ฆI delivered there years later as a solo driver and guess what?! That post is still there, same blue paint and some other paints where it had been hit and they never did anything about it. You would think they wanted you to pay for it to be painted, re-concreted or removed ect. Oh no! Everything still the same in every aspect. They were just hungry and wanted you to buy them a nice lunch dinner to shut up.

At the end of the cul-de-sac, three flag poles, tight maneuvering inside the facility. Took 3 hours to unload. Staff was polite, as was security. No driver restroom but there was a portable outside by the security office, (something is better than nothing I suppose). No on-site parking available, there are a couple of spots on the street for overnight but its pretty random and you have to be gone early.
