Needed a road call service for a coolant leak. Major truck stops were busy, so we organized Rocky Mountain. First they sent a technician to the wrong location (completely different state!), then charged us 4h of labor for a simple tube reconnection... On top of that they do not accept tax exempt forms. Since it was after-hours and we had some slight delay in payment (5 minutes or so) they further increased invoice by nearly a $100! One of the worst experiences i have had in a long time.

Casey helped us out big time! Would give a 10 star if we could. Had the truck serviced at loves yesterday, charged me but didn't fix the problem. Took it over to a Rocky Mountain, Casey started working on us right away and got the job done! Thank you Casey! Highly recommend!

Casey came out, did an excellent diagnosis on what I thought was a wheelseal problem and we found that my 2 wheelseals were just fine, I only had a road grime and brake dust problem.

Casey was outstanding with his communication with me the driver he was able to bring the correct parts while I was broke down in the middle of Madison. The cops were just about to call a tow truck. Casey got here and got me of the road to finish the repair and saved me a tow. This guy was great

They deceived me with the price. They extort a large sum of money as an advance for the visit, and after they arrive, they demand more. Even if they don’t do the job, they still demand additional payment.
