I held off on making this giving the benefit of the doubt but I've realized I shouldn't have when I first started Nov of 2023 and Jeff was alive and running the company well he unexpectedly passed a month later and from there the company went down hill but I stuck it out kept my head down and worked my butt off April of 24 decided to go lease purchase with a cornado glider I worked my butt off but it was really starting to show it fast foward to November of 24 I picked up a load at one of there top customers abb in byhalia ms I sat there for 5 hrs getting loaded and it needed to be in PA by tue am this was on Sunday got loaded secured and tarped paperwork said the load weighed 41940 so I rolled with it trying to get up there to get my week started I rolled across the va scales overweight and received a citation continued on and deliver said load they had a reload going back to the yard and I was confused as to why but they told me I was disqualified as a driver so I cleaned my truck out and left it at the yard I've tried getting my job back recently and they refuse to tell me a straight answer I'm extremely pissed off but more disappointed then anything I worked my tail off for these people just to throw me out like some trash so just be cautious here oh and btw all the glider kits are all but gone there going to the plastic trucks everyone else has and selling off the nice ones

I bet these boys are so glad they got Drivers holding cell phones up to their ear driving down the road running minivans off the road like what happened to me last Thursday

I even called and left a voice message on their safety man’s number. No one still called. I hope somebody sees these people’s pants is off and owns everything they have.

Hell, maybe I’ll get lucky next time I go to Knoxville from Crossville one of their drivers will take me out so I can sue them

Their agreement says they will pay in 30 days, but they really pay in 60 and give you countless "we didn't receive the paperwork" responses. We issued our paperwork a total of 5 times.

They like to give you short runs like unload relaod drive 144 miles unload reload drive maybe 160 miles. burn up your hours. God help you if you don't live in TN they can't get a driver home out side of TN. They don't want you to stop to use a bathroom until you run out of hours. I could go on but you get the pont

My fiance is currently one of there drivers and we are sitting at home due to my fiance having a injury. Well we go up to his semi to get something out of it and it was gone from the truck stop! We called the company of Roane and they had another driver come get my fiances semi without letting him get his stuff out of it first. Now we have to drive from Indiana to Rockwood TN to get my fiances belongings. Then they are taking part of my fiances check because they chose to come get the truck on their own doing. This company is NOT a good company to work for.
