I just had a car transported from Las Vegas, NV to Gig Harbor, WA. It was a 5 star experience from beginning to end.

I was nervous about transporting my new car and didn't even know where to begin when researching transportation companies. I've never done anything like this in my life!

I found the website very informative and it answered most of my questions. I received an online quote right away plus follow up emails and a call. I really wanted to talk to someone in person, and they were just great in answering my remaining my questions. Scheduling the transport was quick and easy. Once scheduled, I received daily text and email status reports, and I could also track the transport on line.

My car left Las Vegas on Thursday and arrived in Gig Harbor on Saturday morning. I received an update everyday.
On Friday night the driver called me to arrange for the time and place for the drop off. He was very nice, and accommodated the drop off at a parking lot of my choice close to where I live...which was also easy on/off the freeway. The car arrived with no damage and was well taken care of. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process or personnel involved!

I would highly recommend Road Runner for your car transport!

I purchased an aquarium and the company I ordered from scheduled Roadrunner for delivery. I was really nervous about having such a delicate item delivered, but it arrived in perfect condition. There was not a single scratch on the crate it came in. Communication was super easy; Julie was very helpful, and accommodating. I called to confirm delivery the day of because I hadn't received any updated tracking info, and she was quick to get back to me with an ETA for the driver. The driver, Jeff, was also very friendly and helpful in dropping off our crates.

Super quick quote! Once I was ready to have it shipped, I called and paid over the phone. Was in the works by the next day. Got here early too. A little bit difficult to get in touch when I was trying to let them know my bank approved the charge though. Lots of time on hold. All in all, got my car safe and sound. Thank you all so much!

Do not use Roadrunner. The driver called our delivery recipient at 8PM (first time he notified her all day) and she missed his call. 17 minutes later, dispatch called, told her the car was being dropped off at a tow yard in a different city 30 minutes away because she didn't answer the phone and there was nothing she could do about it. Not sure how she was expected to get out to another city since they had her car.... we had to make special arrangements the next day to get her to the car to pick it up. When we called Roadrunner - they were incredibly rude, dismissive and blamed it on "tiny roads" in Boise, Idaho for the reason why they couldn't deliver the car and that's why they had to drop it off in another city.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! Roadrunner sent a confirmation the car is being picked up today. Then received a notice that they had changed it to three days later. We booked this many weeks in advance. We are leaving town tonight and have no way to hand off the car to the carrier three days later as we are getting on a plane tonight. Completely screwed up our move - costing us a lot of money to reschedule flights. You can't get through to anyone in customer service!!!!! SO BAD! THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOU OR YOUR VEHICLE!!!

Roadrunner Auto Transport was one of the first names that popped up when I was shopping for a transport to relocate my vehicle from coast to coast. I filled out the online form and it will kick you to a text option.
The quote was for 1495.00 to go from California to Florida. I added on the top loading and also the extra insurance. Each was 100 apiece.
I was notified that they have a carrier available that that I had to call a dispatch right away to ensure that my truck will be taken care of. You will have to wait 10-15 minutes to have someone answer. I hung up and tried again and the same result.
Phone was answered by Dave and he said that there is a truck that is available and they can get the pickup my car the next day. He said there was one issue is that it will cost another 300 dollars for the shipment.
When I questioned why the price went up he said that the normal cost to go coast to coast is 2000.00. I asked why was I quoted 300 dollars less when all the information was in there for what I was looking to do. Type of vehicle and the pickup and delivery address. He said “It is always at least 2000 dollars to go coast to coast”. “If I did not like that then I could wait on a truck that will be accept the original offer and that could take a while”. This is a bait and switch tactic. I am requesting that my 300 dollars be returned.

Never use this scammer company. They will reclass your freight and charge you $75 to do that, while they are at it, they charge you $75 to weight the pallet. $150 per pallet extra cost plus what they decided to reclass your freight at. It ends up around double what they quote. They have been removed from our list of carriers.

Car arrived undamaged at a low price. That’s all the good… now: Poor communication prior to pickup, I didn’t know what to expect with them, though one of their guys kept playing phone tag with me trying to set up a job but once he found out I’d already done the reservation he just hung up, rude. Shortly before the trip I got a call from someone who didn’t want to talk, was sparse on how to set up the car but he did say I could have reasonable household goods in it. Drivers showed up, took one look at the picture frames and stuffed animals in it (nothing in drivers seat) and they had the guy call back to demand a $70 fee. It was a cross country move and they didn’t show up until last minute so had to agree. At the destination on the delivery date they were no call no show. The next day I called asking where my car was and roadrunner promised to find out. THE NEXT DAY they call back and say it’ll be there some time tomorrow and to have the money to give to the driver. Not roadrunner, it’s now an “Inconvenience fee” for the driver, in cash. I felt like if I argued I would get my car back at all. What a scam. Again it eventually was delivered undamaged but I won’t be using them again just to get screwed on the back end.
