Did this company Provide under 10lbs grocery courier service from West Covina, Los Angeles to Merced California? As I call them but no one gave me a response?

This company shows up , no pick up on a day that they are closed obviously , that business is closed on Monday , explained that to the office , they don’t care as they charge in advance , we were charged $185 for the drive , no other labor and they have the odasity not only to show up unathorized the next day but tried to bandozel our owner into charging him another fee for his drivers time when no one called their office to schedule squat. Even a text was sent to driver to notify proactively all and any pick ups are to be canceled. We ended up using another carrier with better pricing and better communication. The driver supposedly showed up after knowing not to, when we asked the owners / dispatchers to gave provide evidence the driver was there all of a sudden of there’s no way to verify. Be aware of scams !! Reported company to the bank , they are reversing any charges.

We had a little situation with this company, hence the reason we didn't post 5 stars, but they came through. In simple terms one of the divers made a mistake but the company not only apologized, they immediately corrected the error. The staff that answered the phone, Brianna, was so helpful and nice we want her to come work for us! Thank you RedLine Courier Service for your integrity!

Amazing courier service. Redline has helped our retail company when in a bind multiple times. The owners go above and beyond to problem solve when picking up from manufacturers and delivering to our warehouse. They have very fair pricing and great customer service. Highly recommend.

I have had the pleasure of working with Red Line a couple of times and they have consistently been able to get documents where they need to be when they need to be there making what may have been a difficult logistical nightmare with out their help a pleasure to the delight of my clients. Jason is awesome; very easy guy to talk to and always looking to provide the best services. Always making sure packages are left on my door front and no where else, making sure the packaging is appropriate for whatever the weather is like during delivery. I know with Red Line, my packages will be fully secured and delivered right on, if not before, the scheduled time.
