I sent 2 cars to Haiti on 2 different occasions. Both went through without any major delays or any bad experiences. This company is run like most businesses in Haiti so don't drop your car when you're in a hurry. Everyone was friendly and I have no huge complaints with them. They could speed up the process though.

The only reason why I'm posting this with review is because not only am pissed off but it is really bad customer service Red Hook the part where Haitian people shipping cars I wanted to ship my car to Haiti for my mom I call Red Hook and November 10th the lady I spoke with told me I need to hurry up if I need to ship the car to bring your car down as soon as possible because there will be a shipment leaving on November 22nd I did not have the money I just wanted to know the price on it but since they said that there's a shipment so I can send the car in November 22nd so I wanted the car to be there before December. very nice so therefore is I went to my friends I did not have the money I borrowed money from my friends I collect the $1,505 on November 13th I called and let them know is it okay to bring the car down They say yes and $1,505. These people are bad with customer service when it's come to customer service these people don't know how to treat the customer even though you pay them in full I went there and pay $1,500 to send a car to Haiti they're lying to me the whole bunch of liars I spend my time drove down there they lie to me they say that the car will be shipped on November 22nd the car did not go nowhere that's it will be gone on November 27th the car did not leave I called them again now it's December 6 still nothing happen. I call again now it's December 22 nothing happen. Now they told to call call back on Tuesday December 26 because the cargo ship have engine problem. If my car didn't leave that port before the new year I will definitely contact my lawyer.. I believe I'm not the only one the bullshiting like that.

I shipped a car with them they wrecked my car and took part out of it. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful especially them ladies receptionist. Worst place ever to ship a car to Haiti. Stay away from them

Not a bad place to load lumber. Entry is through the Penskie rental yard North of the main entrance.
They don't normally build lumber loads, but they do an acceptable job.
TWIC or escort required.
