Perhaps the worst company ever. I called spoke with Richard who was going to track a shipment for me. He called back after I told him all the information and asked again where it was going. Not upset about that, lots of stuff going on totally understand. However, if you can't find it or whatever just call me back and tell me. Don't just leave for the day and make me call and follow up. Then I was transferred to Javier who wouldn't even listen to me, he just kept talking over me while I was trying ask a question, and told me I just needed to call the carrier who handed the freight off to them. I will never trust them with freight again.
