Do not lease for this company!!!!! It’s not worth it. You’ll be better off a company driver. Communication is awful. They don’t care if you’re not making money. They will have you dead head hours to go pick up loads. The pay sucks because they’re sending you hundred dollar loads that don’t make sense. They don’t pay you all of your money for detention. You’ll be sitting majority of the time waiting to pick up loads. You can’t make decent money unless you have a dispatcher who knows how to dispatch you to maximize your week. The trucks are over priced. You’ll be better off at a warehouse job. I’ve been reaching out to management to tell them my situation and no response. Listen to me!!!!!!!!!! Don’t lease here unless you want a part time job! I promise you this is the worst job I’ve ever had. They have No structure, bad attitudes, lack of communication, and lack of feelings. If you’re planning to lease go elsewhere! You’ll lose everything you have if this is your only income. I truly believe the lease purchase program was really not thought out correctly. They need someone to come in and restructure the program so it could benefit the driver and not only the company.

I was with Boaty’s for a year and now re garrison. Went from company to LP. Have had no problems. Yes you might have a crappy load but they will make up for it. Communication could be better but overall I love it here. I have great communication with my dm just to make that clear. If you argue with your dispatcher I’m pretty sure that will suck. Just don’t piss off your dispatcher and that’s with any company.

DO NOT LEASE HERE !!!!!! here's the deal if your not a kiss ass an yes person you will not succeed. If you piss them off an stand your ground or want answers on your pay an where your money is going you will get nothing but crickets an when you back them in a corner for wanting explanations on your money it will all be your fault an they will starve you to death . You will be capped at 4600 00 aweek to your truck an it makes them a crap load an leaves you nothing . I just went four months with absolutely no income an when I went to payroll to get answers I got nothing but blamed for everything an was terminated . You will pay400.00 for a mattress you will pay for load locks reefer fuel an trailer washouts . They will get a rental car an hotel for orientation but they don't tell you you will pay every dime back . I'm gonna tell you RUN don't walk trot or sprint but run like an Olympic track star . You will loose everything you have your family your life style an you will starve to death this is nothing but a scam an managed slavery an you do not have choices an you can't turn down loads an no one will answer you on anything an if your negative or even break even if your not getting a paycheck you will not get a settlement why ? So you don't get to see anything at all which then gives them the chance to steal even more of your money an no explanation at all . Im reaching out to everyone i can to file civil lawsuit an the bbb im consulting attorneys an will be takin action . I have all bols an transflo an emails an text messages to prove everything im claiming . This company should be closed down an hope it happens . I do owe them a huge thank you for termination because apparently im to stupid to leave so i do thank them for that much . If you want to live on beanie wennies an not pay your bills come on over they would love the opportunity to screw you without lube an blame you for it hurting so bad lmao.

I came to REG because it was close to home. For the most part it was a good experience, I've been in this industry for 22 years and R E Garrison was no worse or better than any other. Unfortunately, for me, it just didn't work out. Way to much sitting and to many "Drop and Hooks" that turned into "Live Loads"... and those Live Loads took forever. Detention pay was decent but not something I was eager to get. Truck had issues right out of the box and,to their credit, REG did take care of the financial portion due to me being in my first 30 days. I didn't want to turn in my truck but I also didn't want to be a cautionary tale. So I waved the white flag and handed them back their keys

My experience at RE Garrison was horrible as a true owner operator out of ATL, they had no good paying loads the ppl out of Athens Ga was horrible Matt Bailey & Christian in safety. They played in my face the whole time. Too much waiting and not enough pay for loads. Takes 2 days to do 600 mile loads. They are just all the way discombobulated. I feel as they will not last much longer in this industry. I claim they will file for bankruptcy or look for a merger soon. They will charge you for everything and they do not want to be liable for anything as a truck company. If you are a lease driver then even worse conditions. They move off of favoritism and ass kissing. They claim they never have any loads anywhere. Be cautious on this company FMCSA & DOJ will be investigating them shortly or Bankruptcy will come before. The only positive was the equipment was ok. I worked 2-3 months leasing, made no money, was sitting every weekend sometimes longer. I don't care how many hours I had I never did more than 3 loads a week. Dispatch will lie to you, I was never paid detention despite whoever I contacted. I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up, even when I turned the truck in they lied like the truck had everything wrong with it. In rating this company 1 star is too much but it doesn't let you post zero stars

I worked for Garrison up until today they let me go set too much money because of the truck was breaking down. It needed this and needed that well yeah it was a 2019 had a lot of miles on it. Yes she was old but it was my fault. I used to care about driving a truck until Garrison took that away from me today the way I was treated today. I was told to come to the office on the hill by Roger in the office and proceeded to tell me that I was A large dollars in the hole and I couldn’t crawl out of it, OK I can understand that. The only conclusion was to say goodbye Cheryl we don’t need you anymore. We have 30 drivers sitting at home that need a truck. That’s not what he said, but that’s what I know. That’s how I felt. I’m not gonna tell you don’t come here because there are people that make money how they do it, but I don’t know. I was told when I started orientation and he’ll tell you how they make money. All the only thing is all the drivers don’t talk to each other unless you’re in the drivers lounge they don’t talk you out on the road. They stick their nose up in the air. The only thing I do know and how I feel and how I felt is merry Christmas happy new year and get out of the truck and get off the property and have a nice life. That’s how I felt today like a kick in the pants.
