I have nothing but good things to say about the help I received from this company. I had reached out to several other courier services to help me with a particularly complex situation, and the only courier company that helped me was the Quicksilver Express Courier. I spoke to Shantay and she was extremely helpful. She listened empathetically to my situation and helped me through a difficult process involving the return of some lost property. She was polite, patient and very resourceful. She offered several solutions and was able to problem solve the situation. It was such a pleasure to work with her.
