Quick Delivery Service, Inc. does not follow through on scheduled deliveries. Prepare yourself for a slew of excuses as to why they are unable to deliver as expected. This is particularly frustrating when someone must be present for the delivery. I do not recommend contracting with or using this company for delivery. There is nothing "quick" about waiting more than 15 days for a delivery.

Have a delivery time on 0900-1:00, 19 October. I called the day of and confirmed at 8:00. 12:45 I called back I was put on hold for so long I hung up. No one from this company reached out to me. I had to call California to the company I placed my order with. They reached out to Wiick Delivery Svs. & got no where. It was 6:15pm before my package was delivered. Then the delivery driver wasn't professional or apologized. I would not recommend your company to anyone.

Very poor service! The date for delivery kept changing. They just dropped the large 400 lb package behind my daughter's truck instead of where they were told to put it. It was supposed to go inside our fence. They dropped it then knocked on the door to let us know they dropped it. My daughter asked if they could put it in the fence the driver and his passenger said no got in the truck backed into a stop sign and left. My daughter had to go to work and couldn't because we couldn't move the package. My husband wasn't home my daughter called and told him what this company did. My husband then called them to come please move it and whom ever answered the phone called the driver that delivered it to see if they will come back to put the package where they were informed to put it. The driver said "no I put it where she told me to put it." Which was a lie he dropped the package then knocked on the door to let my daughter know they dropped it. They never made things right by putting the package where they said they would. I had to find someone with a tractor that could move the package. We will never use them again

Called me on a Tuesday to set up delivery of an $800 entertainment center on Thursday. They didn’t show up on Thursday I called on Friday and they can’t find it. They told me they would look for it and give me a call back. They didn’t. I called them back and was put on hold twice for five minutes each time. Then I was told that there was only one person in the office and she wasn’t able to look through records to determine where it item was because of “Covid”….in July 2021. This is a poorly run local garbage company with no accountability whatsoever.

They do their best to keep appointment times for the drivers
