First time using this company to ship and had a horrible experience. I asked for boxes to be delivered to my home and have them secured so I could pack outside their business hours. Their drivers delivered the boxes and didn't secure the sides of the boxes properly to the base sitting on the pallet. I called the company days later and was told by Jay she will contact the driver and give me a call back, but didn't return my call. I called her back the next day and was told she will not send a driver back to my residence without charging me a packing fee. I explained to her I am asking for someone to pack, I just need someone to secure the box properly so I could pack, she went silent, then place the call on hold. I called back from another number, she picked up and told me she doesn't have time for me as she has a container to pack and hung up the phone on me. This was bad customer service and I think she was very rude and disrespectful. Please take your business elsewhere.

The entire crew at Quality One is QUALITY!! They made a crate for us on short notice, they did it super fast, and they did an excellent job. Rochelle in the office went above and beyond with our order, treating us like friends and calling whenever she had updates. I recommend their services highly. They leave no details out, and were problem solvers with our unique situation. The team is kind and skilled and their pricing is competitive.

Dem good fi tru mon... bin shipping with others for years and I decided to switch because of bad experiences and I must say it’s the best have encountered with.. I ain’t going back ... barrels dem reach quick to, was shocked when they said the barrels are ready for pick up...

Horrible company to work with they are rude, racist asked if I had black people in my house instead of doing their job and just giving me a RA number to return back they are LIARS they said the phone I got was a Cricket one and it wasn't. Don't shop here
