Andrew and his team were excellent and handled our furniture with care. He is very responsive and maintained communication. They were fast, efficient and very friendly. I originally booked them for 3 hours to give some extra cushion on time and they got it done in 45 minutes. We also live hon the 3rd floor and they had all of our stuff organized and loaded into the truck. If you are looking for some help look no further and speak to Andrew, I highly recommend it. If more stars can be given I would. Thank You Andrew and team for your help!!!

It's a NO for me. I hired them mainly because it's a black owned business and I wanted to support. First, they were late and unapologetic about it. Their business card says one price but they quote you something totally different on the phone. They charged me $100 extra for "the truck" that turned out to be a rented U-Haul which didn't cost $100 to rent. Do yourself a favor and rent your own moving truck (U-Haul) and just pay them for the labor or find another company altogether. They did move me quickly though, that's the only positive thing I have to say. Also, they moved items that I told them weren't going to the new place so that put double work on me because I had to move them back to the old place. And they didn't put my bed back together correctly. I understand that this is a new business and there will be kinks but please work on your customer service, transparency and time management. Without customers you have no business, so treat them like you care about having their business. Peace.

I can't express enough about how much I appreciate the work of these gentlemen. I called them in less than 48 hrs about a small move and they took my job when I know most companies wouldn't. They were even flexible on the time and waited for me to give them a call when I got home to come by.They showed up quickly and they worked quickly and handled my items better than I would've handled them myself lol. They didn't charge me any crazy fees and overall made it a good experience. You can tell that they just want to do a good job and you can't beat that. I definitely recommend them for your move

If you’re looking for professional, friendly, hard workers, look no further! I contacted them a few days in advance and was able to schedule help unloading 18,500 lbs worth of household goods. Andrew and Brian were incredibly hard workers and did a fantastic job. They’re worth their weight in gold! Their friendly and upbeat demeanors truly helped set the pace for the day as well. Do not use these guys! Initially had my unload time set for a certain time, they no - showed, when FINALLY able to reach them was promised a second time same day, AGAIN no show, owner refused to take phone call from me, turning off his phone to avoid talking to me. Finally had a crew show up 8!! hours later, and while the crew did a good job, and I was promised half of the fee returned, these jerks took cash from a mentally challenged person in my household, then only returned $20 of the original $160 fee, after all. Again, Do not use these unethical, lying crew.

Most horrible experience ever! We are a military family doing a move on our own, and on a very tight time schedule. This company didnt show up, or answer my texts until an hour after they were suppose to be there, and let me know they had family issues and wouldnt be able to help us move.
I was at a total loss for words, as we were due to arrive in another state in 24 hours. They referred us to another company and luckily they were able to rescue us.

I was moving heavy equipment and I know it was on a Sunday but I was left outside with the stuff and no one to help me move it. I had to get the stuff back inside on my own. I would never recommend them. Sunday or not, they said yes and gave me a price and all. I work in customer service and this was a really bad experience.
