This company does not keep to its promises. I shipped through this company to Lagos Nigeria and it took them almost three months before they finally delivered my shipment. I laid for air shipment which was supposed to take 10 to 12 days for it to be delivered. It was just stories anytime I called to ask for my shipment.

Ifeanyi's amazing customer service delivery is the real star of this business. He is thorough, soft spoken and extremely detailed in packing your shipment, using adequate insulation all in a timely manner.

This is the worse shipping company ever. They don't care about you or your shipment. You won't believe that I dropped off my shipment since November 2023 and it has still not being shipped in January 2024. I have been calling them every week and they kept lying to me that my shipment enroute and finally told me that it had arrived at the destination. Today I found out it is still in the United State. It hasn't even left yet. They did not have the courtesy or even human conscience to inform me about my shipment...I kept calling every single week since Novemeber and yet...And to think that this has been my experience twice and i have only patronized them twice...this is eveidently how they do business. NEVER AGAIN!!! This is the worse, the worse, worse, worse. They don't deserve to run a business. I am so angry that I can't even put it in words. I only pray now that my items in the shipment don't get messed up because of how long they have stayed in the box. The owner and the employees are all very incompetent people and should not be trusted to do business with. A rating less than 0 is even not enough to qualify this business.

Last year December I did ocean Shipment, didn’t arrive till last week April 28th 2023. from the warehouse my box was intact… by the time it was received in theirs nigeria office my box was opened wrapped and almost every items missing. Called office manager won’t answer my calls and emails and none of their staff had responded even after 48hrs.. they are so poor in communication and worse in the nigeria pick up area. Their customer service is worse. My advice take pictures after your boxes are packed. I am still waiting for the office in Houston to get back to me. That’s why am rating them 1.

My first point of contact was Celine and she was quite helpful,I shipped with them about 2months ago and their timely response was top notch,also my package got to the final destination in good condition. They are presently running a 10% discount promo till January 5th 2023.What a wow company am definitely doing my next shipment with them.

What i love about PSI is the consultation. The way they sat me down and explained everything pertaining to my shipment was very good. I used them for my project cargo from Singapore to Onne Nigeria. The project went smooth. although clearing was delayed due to Nigeria customs but overall project quality was excellent. I''ll recommend them to anyone who desire excellent service.
