When I first reached out to the company I told them that my budget was going to be $700. They said that was fine. I then asked for clarification if that was the SET PRICE with NO HIDDEN FEES. Also agreed that was the price. The week that it was time to ship my vehicle I was told that they were going to charge me $1,400.00. I told her that I was definitely lied to and mislead. After that I was told that the price was modified to $1,000. I said, “no” and that i knew this I would have not gone through this company. Finally they got the price down to $900, which was still over my budget, but since i had already paid a $100 deposit and it was not refundable, I felt more obligated. Once the driver arrived to pick up my vehicle i was when could i expect it to be delivered. I was told, “this weekend” i then said, “what day?” And was told, “some time this weekend” I didn’t get any kind of updates until the driver was an hour away, which is terrible. I had no updates the whole time.

I ship out heavy pallets weekly through ProShip. The staff there is incredibly professional, helpful and great with communication. There are multiple unconventional requests I make due to the nature of our business, and they accommodate me every step of the way. Erika there is incredibly helpful and poignant in getting all the info I need to get my shipment there as fast as possible with all clear lines of tracking and communicating along the way. I have long looked for suitable help with shipments, and ProShip delivers on everything they say.

My search for shipment services online quickly led me to ProShip Logistics. We were needing to ship some furniture and personal belongings to our son and his wife. The online instructions were very helpful and the staff answered all our questions in a polite and professional manner. They kept us informed of any difficulties in arranging the shipment and requested additional information appropriately. Thank you for the personal touch in handling our family's needs.
